Derma-Care's Cosmo-Dermat Training Programme

Derma-Care trains skin specialists, general doctors as well as aestheticians in lasers and cosmetology. Dermatologists require two weeks whereas the others require one month. Practical procedure training is imparted in chemical peels (Acne); Pixel Erbium Laser (Skin rejuvenation); Erbium Yag Laser (Acne scars, syringomas, Trichoepitheliomas, seborrheic keratosis); Q-Switched ND Yag Laser 532/1064 (moles, nevus of Ota, tattoos, freckles) IPL 540/570 Lasers (hemangiomas) Candela 1450 Diode Laser (Active acne, skin tightening); and Soprano Diode Laser (Hair removal).

In the second week of the programme we proceed to hands on training. Several doctors have successfully completed training and are using it in their private practice.

The trainee doctor will spend all the time with Dr. Pai during assessment of cases, surgery and rounds. This ensures that the training is personal, focused and designed to confidently handle patients in private practice. The trainee can be considered to be “Laser Ready” on completion of the course.
